OFSAA Metadata During Dimensions Migrations From Lower To Higher Env Are Not Moving Correctly

Symptoms
While doing Object Migration In Source environment the REV_DIM_ATTRIBUTES_B table some of the value in Attribute dimension Id was null. When we do the Export Objects of the Dimensions the .DMP file where ever it is NULL it replaced with
the ATTRIBUTE_DIMENSION_ID as 4.
STEPS:
---------
Object Migration--> Export Objects--> select Dimension and click on Export.
Open the .DMP file and we can see that the attribute_dimension_id value updated as 4 instad of NULL.
