No Value In Excel File After Exporting From Advance Search In Data Entry Form

Symptoms
In Data Entry screen, when we are trying to filtering the column values by using the advanced search filter. But the result values are not exporting when we click the export option. Only column names are visible in the excel but not
the column values.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps on a load balancer setup :
Step 1: Go to Financial Services Analytical Applications Transaction Filtering\ Financial Services Sanctions Pack \ Data Entry Form and Queries \ Data Entry
Step 2: Click Worldcheck Data Model
Step 3: Click Search button and click to Advance Search
Step 4: Enter 3 criteria of an existing record
Step 5: Click Search
Step 6: Click Export and check excel file
