User Try to post a payment on one of the loan accounts using payment restful WS and received the below error.

Ora Error Msg: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("TXN_GROUPS_TEMP"."TGT_DT")

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to post the payment on the loan account without the error message cannot insert NULL into ("TXN_GROUPS_TEMP"."TGT_DT").

Due to this issue, users cannot post the payment on the loan account in their stage environment.
