Symptoms

When refreshing data after changes are made by other users in P6 Professional, the following error occurs:

Event Code:  VTRAP-0390-A
Message: TCVirtualTable.RefreshAppend: PROJWBS: List index out of bounds (-1) ->  Data saved to PRBADDATA.TXT in temp folder

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. User 1 creates a child EPS node under an existing EPS node.
  2. User 1 moves the child EPS node to root.
  3. User 2 Refreshes data.
  4. User 2 observes the error.
