User Count Not Getting Increased Through Domain Admin Login (Doc ID 2964469.1)

Symptoms


The user count is not getting increased through the Domain Admin login on the DA.
However, with the Top Level Admin, this appears to be working.

Due to this issue, there is an inconsistency with the user count.
