Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Drag and Drop Option No Longer Available for Importing Files.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Drag and Drop feature should be available when importing files into Business Processes (BP).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the user environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project.
  3. Go to the BP.
  4. Click on Action and go to Import.
  5. Notice the Drag and Drop feature is not available.
