Cloning Argus System - Error "The Network Path Was Not Found" (Doc ID 2964630.1)

Symptoms

User is attempting to clone the entire Argus system: Web, Transaction and Database Servers.
User is able to connect/query the database from the web server or the transaction server.
When user launches the Argus web page from Web server, the login page appears.
Upon attempting to login, after a 5 - 10 minute delay, the following error page is displayed:

Error loading resources from the database. Please check ArgusNet logs.

Checked ArgusNet.log

The network path was not found"
