Goal

There are four parameter values (FILE, SYSTEM, CDR, NONE) for ratebillingdate under FCT_Exchangerate module.

What is the difference between RatingDateBilling=FILE and RatingDateBilling=SYSTEM?
Is there a way to use PVT(pin_virtual_time) and which is the field to overwrite with PVT in the event detail record (edr) so that exchange rate is selected accordingly?
