Standard Comments Are Not Showing Up In Assign And Evidence Pop-up (Doc ID 2964820.1)

Goal

The standard comments mapped to the Case type are not available in Assign and Add evidence pop-up. However, they show up in Take Action standard comments drop-down. Because necessary configuration was missing.
