Symptoms
When case routing is done very fast, the workflow states displayed in Case Details webpage dialog can be incorrect.
Given a case with following routing activities:

when opening Case Details webpage dialog (Case Actions > Case Revisions, click on + sign next to Revisions to expand all), the transition from revision 35, from JM State 1 to JM State 2, is not displayed.
