Symptoms

Decision engine error throwing exception for backed in OPA instance after upgrade determination engine to 22D (Oracle policy automation 12.2.29).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OPA 22D (12.2.29)
2. Execute custom Java application that calls out to a OPA through determination engine JAR and determination utility JAR.

Changes

 upgrade determination engine to 22D and use of Java 8, previously using Java 7
