Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute job 3 ER_RUN_DATA_SURVIVAL_ENGINE in ER.

Step 2 : Check if job completes in lesser time instead of running for hours.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue that ER_Run_Data_Survival_Engine is running long for last 9 hour
