Specific User ID Intermittently Receives "java.lang.NullPointerException" in the Appserverlog.xml File That Others Do Not

Symptoms
A "java.lang.NullPointerException" is occasionally observed in the appserverlog.xml file for only one user. When questioned, the user states they are not receiving any errors in the GUI. The issue cannot be reproduced. Below is the complete error parsed from the appserverlog.xml file.
