Unable to insert data into STG table

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Batch execution failure with unique key constraint error on PK_281 defined on <column1>, <column2>, <column3> and <column4> code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Batch should get executed succesfully and insert data into the table

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Execute the daiy batch and verify the task log

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to complete SIT testing
