Goal
In one customer environment I had applied the Arabic Language pack for UI and Help. UI is working but help file still showing in English.

<Patch 34981024> - C2M V2.9.0.0.0 ARABIC LANGUAGE PACK UI (USER INTERFACE) (AL32UTF8) - January 2022
<Patch 34111684> - C2M V2.9.0.0.0 (UA-AR) - ARABIC (ON-LINE HELP) LANGUAGE PACK RELEASE - April 2022
Also, had applied cumulative hotfix patches May 2023 on the environment and when tried to apply the help <Patch 34111684> it was already included in the cumulative patch. Is there any bug for the help patch for C2M V 2.9.0.0.0
