User Does Not Receive Deviation Expiry Email Notification and Observe Error "pcm.notification.deviation.expiry.forwarn.period=672" (Doc ID 2965413.1)

Symptoms

User does not receive deviation expiry Email Notification and observed 'pcm.notification.deviation.expiry.forwarn.period=672(in hours)' error when the 'Deviations About To expire' attribute is set to 672(in hours)/28(in days)

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet

2. Create new Deviation

3. Set the Effective From to today's date.

4. Set the Effective To to today+30 days date.

5. Move workflow status to Released.

6. User does Not receive deviation expiry Email Notification
