Symptoms

When attempting to copy a project or maintain a baseline in P6 Professional, the following error occurs.

The job request you submitted did not complete successfully.

The following errors also occur in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\P6WebAccess.html log file:

Incorrect result size: expected 1, actual 2

ERROR java.lang.NullPointerException
Error while running Create Baseline Service:null
Job error running job of type JT_CopyService on database1
