ECM 8123 - Event Suppression Not Getting Triggered When We Suppress The Event On A Case

Symptoms
ECM 8123 - When we suppress any event on a case on UI it is showing the event got suppressed but on PMF monitor there is no instance created for this suppression.
In OOB wf ECM_SUPPRESSION_WF there is no API call as well from any of the statuses.
Please let us know if any configuration we need to do for the same .
Refer attached logs. Look for below error :-
"[07-07-23 21:19:58,795 GMT PM] [DEBUG] [WEB] [UMM] [CMADMIN] [ECMDAO] Insertion to FCC_SUPPRESSION failed for 2011021"
