Goal

Reversed payment still being able to allocate in BillingCare

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open an account having bill and due.
2. Make 2 payments
3. Reverse any one of the payment
4. After the reversing the payment, In the Payment Details Page, click on All Unallocated Payments.(note: Don't click on close in the Payment Details page).

ACTUAL RESULT:Able to see both the payments in unallocated,and reversed payments are still available to get allocated again.

EXPECTED RESULT:Reversed payments shouldn't be available in unallocated payments to get allocated again once its reversed.
