Creation Of Multiple MCF Events for Accounts with Quarterly Billing Cycle (Doc ID 2966526.1)

Goal

During fulfilment billing, customer have a requirement to create multiple cycle forward events(MCF) (one for each month) for accounts with quarterly billing cycle.

Consider the below scenario.

1. Create an account
2. Purchase cycle forward monthly with bill when 3 offer/product
3. Check for three events created.

Actual Behavior:

Based on the customization done in cycle fee interval hook opcode, Only one MCF event is created with earned/cycle from and to dates aligned based on /billinfo next_Bill_T and future_bill_t.

Expectation:
To create one MCF for each of the accounting cycle .
