Roles History Tab Shows Incorrect Record Details Where A Client Is Used For Multiple Roles (Doc ID 2966701.1)

The Roles History tab does not always show correct details under each record where the same Client is used for multiple Roles.
A Client assigned to multiple Roles shows incorrect details under the Roles History tab.

Role History is useful for the business operations.
The expectations is that there is consistent details to be shown under the Roles History tab for a Client assigned to multiple Roles.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The Roles get created through AsFile.
2. The Activities can also add/update the Role details as per requirement.
3. Also the History tab does not correct details when same Client is associated with multiple roles.
