Error While Logging In To Demantra Local Client After Migrating to OCI. Console Log Shows "HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed" Error (Doc ID 2966937.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to Demantra application
the following error occurs

"Unable to establish a connection to the server. Please verify that the environment entry is correct and that environment is available"
Error in console log:HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed


1. Migrate to OCI
2. Applied recommended patches for the Demantra version
   For this Demantra  version 12.2.9, please review <Note 2657849.1>
3. Launching local application for Demantra, that is downloaded on users desktop
4. cannot log in as Error occurs
