Enhancement Request - Implement Additional Equipment Status Values Including 'Pending Decom' (Doc ID 2967040.1)

Symptoms

The only equipment status options currently available are 'Installed' and 'Under Construction'. This is not detailed enough for our business needs. We are requesting a new 'Pending Decom' status be added and available for users to select. Having the additional status will help with reporting as well as making it easier for users to identify equipment that is slated to be removed from the network so they will avoid assigning new circuits to it. Users currently have to go in and add a "blocked" condition code to the ports, slots, etc related to the shelf. Being able to bypass that with an overall 'Pending Decom' status would be extremely beneficial.
