Unable To See Any Configured Static Deterministic Processes Post Upgrade to ALM 8.1.2 (Doc ID 2967092.1)

Symptoms

After upgraded ALM from version 8.0.4 to 8.1.2, not able to see any configured Static Deterministic processes post the upgrade.

No folder appears in Search box and the summary screen for Static Deterministic Process shows "No Results Found"

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade ALM from 8.0.4 to 8.1.2
2. Go to screen ALM Processing > Static Process > Static Deterministic
