SiteGroupName null While Creating New Accounts (Doc ID 2967120.1)

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), version, active-active setup

While trying to create new accounts from Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), the account creation is successful, but while checking the customer cache in ECE, it appears that the account does not have a siteGroupName assigned (siteGroupName=null).

Here the accounts loaded when ECE starts have the customerGroup assigned correctly as per the above Customer GroupConfiguration. But the siteGroupName is populated as "null" for new accounts created from BRM.
