Symptoms

Execution of agile9_check.sql and listftsinfo.sql in Agile Database fails with Error : ORA-01031: insufficient privileges.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Locate the agile9_check.sql in the Maintenance scripts directory on the Database server. Default location: $ORACLE_BASE/admin/[CDB/SID]/create/agile/
  2. Launch SQLPlus client and connect as the <agile> user.
  3. Run the script agile9_check.sql
  4. Received error ORA-01031: insufficient privileges.
