Issue on the customer contact ILM eligibility Algorithm

Customer contact ILM eligibility algorithm 'C1-CCILMELIG' is looking for the below condition to archive records.
-- If customer contact references a Person ID, the person and any related account(s) are erased.

It is mandatorily looking for erasure records on Person and Account since it does not have the functionality of erased records. How to proceed with this?
