ECM 8123 - Case Attributes Details Are Not Getting Inserted In Table In ECM Batch (Doc ID 2967304.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 16, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Case Management - Version 8.0.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Case attributes details are not getting inserted in "KDD_CASE_ATTRBT_VAL_MAP" table in ECM batch for custom case attributes.

We have added case attribute(custom) for AML case type, all the AML alerts are getting converted into events and then into cases. But for the newly created case we are unable to see any entry in "KDD_CASE_ATTRBT_VAL_MAP" table.

When creating case manually case attributes are getting saved in table without any issue.
