Symptoms
It is observed that accounts with sharing groups that have a big hierarchy are causing delay in Call Details Record (CDR) processing and high Central Processing Unit (CPU) usage. It appears like the system is going in a loop for hours to try to rate these CDRs and they get processed slowly over time.
It is expected that rating should happen without any delay.
