Steps to reproduce:

1. Update privateindividuals.csv with private watchlist information

2. Run EDQ jobs (WM and CS RT)

3. Perform RT screening that generates alerts with priv watchlist

Expected Behavior:

Alert watchlist details should also consider the DOB details

Actual Behavior:

Alert watchlist details are not having DOB details shown
