Symptoms

SIM web service for Customer Order creation getting failed with error (invoking operation "createFulfillmentOrderDetail" on provider "StoreFulfillmentOrderService").

ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : Unknown exception, internal system processing error.

Steps:
1. Sent customer Order fulfilment message from OMS to SIM
2. Fulfilment order message is processed in RMS successfully.
3. However Fulfilment message are failing to process in SIM with error.

Note: Calls are process sometime after being republished multiple time.
