Symptoms

When attempting to open a smart object URL for a Manufacturer Part attachment
the following error occurs.

ERROR
! Object not found: Manufacturer Part/Mfr::Mpn::filename.extension


STEPS

1. Log into Web Client.
2. Create a Manufacturer from the Create New button.
3. Create from the Manufacturer Action menu > Manufacturer Part.
4. Add an attachment to the attachments tab of the Manufacturer Part and select the attachment row.
5. Go to the More menu and select 'Get Shortcut'.
6. The System will generate the Smart URL in a new window.
7. Copy the URL and paste it in the browser
8. The error '! Object not found: Manufacturer Part/XXX' comes up in the browser
