 OIG is not displaying exchanges in the UI

OIG is not displaying exchanges in the UI, but the exchanges are visible when using the API.
An integration was created to orchestrate the financial transaction processing in OHI Claims.  After the creation of the exchange for this integration, no other exchanges were displayed in the UI, only in the API.
The application is not showing any error and/or logs, so it makes hard to identify the issue.  All the exchanges should be displayed.
