User Getting Kicked Out When Logged in to Unifier Multiple Times When Unifier Installation Uses Pluggable Databases (Doc ID 2968106.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 16, 2023

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier - Version 9.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

There are two installations of Unifier on the same machine with two different ports. Each installation of Unifier connects to a plugable database. When a user logs in to one Unifier installation, if that user logs in again to the second installation of Unifier, the user is kicked out of the first login.

There shouldn't be limit to the multiple logins in to Unifier. A user should be able to log in multiple times without getting kicked out of previous logins.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier
2. In another tab, lo in to Unifier as the same user without logging out of the first login
3. Notice that the user has been kicked out of the first login.
