Symptoms

When attempting to update supplier through RFI,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select supplier with values sups.qc_ind = 'Y' sups.qc_pct = 100 (or other value)
2. Select an addr record with a value addr.primary_addr_ind = 'N' and be unique to addr.address_type
3. Update the record addr.primary_addr_ind = 'Y' of the selected supplier (application or database)
4. You can see in the RFI log CHK_SUPS_QC_PCT and does not update the value of addr.primary_addr_ind = 'Y'
