When Sales Order Has Multiple Lines in a Ship Set - In ATP Details Form - Pegging Line Has Wrong Item Data (Doc ID 2968904.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 02, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Global Order Promising - Version 12.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a sales order has a ship set of 2 lines, ATP Details form does not display the pegging info for the first line item in the ship set.
When clicking on the first line in the ship set in the ATP Details window the bottom pegging section of the window shows the pegging info for the second line in the ship set, not the first line item.
The second line item shows the correct pegging info for that line item.

If there are more than 2 lines in a ship set, only the first item will show incorrect item info (usually for the last line item in the ship set).
The rest of the line items will show pegging information for that line item as expected.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps
Order Management (R) / Orders, Returns / Order Organizer / Open the Sales Order and click Availability button, and then in ATP Results window, click on ATP Details to review the pegging for each line
