Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12.0.0.7, The Oracle DM (dm_oracle) typically handles connections from multiple Connection Managers (CM). In addition to connecting the CM to the BRM database, it also translates the BRM system language into SQL commands that the database can understand.

 

Is is noticed that after upgrading to BRM version 12.0.0.7 the dm_oracle process memory usage is increasing overtime.
