Event Handler Throws Exception "APIException "Change order xxxxx with conflicting redlines in BOM has been released. Redlines conflicting with a released change will no longer be visible." (Doc ID 2969702.1)

Symptoms

When triggered during status change, an event handler script throws error: "Change order xxxxx with conflicting redlines in BOM has been released. Redlines conflicting with a released change will no longer be visible."

Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure an event handler to be triggered when an ECO is released. The event handler performs validation of the redlined BOMs of the affected items.
2. Release ECO to triggered the event handler.
