Symptoms

Users Appearing in User Login List Despite Resetting via Utilities>User Login List

Other steps attempted-
1)Records in CASE_LOCK_INFO & WEB_CASES_OPEN associated to problematic user_ids removed.
2)Browser cache cleared
3)IIS reset
4)Delete users folder from the server>log out>login and verify (Folder of the user who is verifying the entries in the user login list. Not of the user who was reset)
