we have installed MMG 8.1.2 version. Post installation not able to login mmg url . Which user we want to login ?

Steps to reproduce:

Access the MMG URL

provide the credentials.

Expected result:

Able to login to the MMG URL

Actual result:
Unable to login to the MMG URL
