Goal

There appear to be Prepayment Model records listed in FSI_M_OBJECT_DEFINITION_TL and FSI_M_OBJECT_DEFINITION_B tables for the "RTSEG" folder. Can these records be deleted?
These are records that do exist in the Prepayment Model metadata table (FSI_M_PPMT_MODEL) but not seeing them elsewhere. The RTSEG segment/folder does not exist. And strangely they all have obj_def_id = 120012. There are 18 records in fsi_m_object_definition_tl (all with different lang_cd) and one record in fsi_m_object_definition_b.
These appear to be something that came out of the box at some point. They also all have APPL_NAME=ALM. These are the only records with APPL_NAME=ALM.

ALM is not installed.
