Auto Decisioning Issue

Application, which was sent to the Credit Bureau, where user received a score of 808. The Decision tab is showing a score of 0 there for giving the wrong Grade. When trying to restore the application the score is not being populated in the decision tab. This seems to be a functionality failure because this was working in the past.

System should show the grade as per the score received from the credit bureau where the score is received and while re-scoring the data should populate in the decision tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Disabled all Pricing and create a fresh application.
2. Since no Pricing is available - Auto Decision did not happen. Status remained New - Prescreen Approved.
3. Manually changed status to New- Review Required
4. Enabled the Pricing, Did Select Pricing, Pricing picked
5. Clicked on Rescore button.
6. Score should update, and decision updated to Auto decisioned. Score is same as arrived at in Auto decisioned case.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot credit bureau pull scoring for grade population correctly in the decision tab.
