Change Application Status Web Service Call Response Displays Only Warning However Status Display- Error Exist (Doc ID 2970936.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Change Application status web service call response displays only Warning however Status display- Error exist.

Issue - User cleared the edits faced and now trying to change status via "Change Application Status WS", however system does not update same.
WS call response displays only Warning however Status display- Error exist, unable to change status and user is unable to interpret which Errors.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
JSON response message should display appropriate message /reason due to which status change is not possible. Currently it displays "Error exist" however as per JSON response no Error edit found, only Warning exists. Also, incorrect status code passed back i.e., 200 (even though application status did not get changed).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try create an application with few origination approval edits exists in the application.
2. Try clearing the edits faced and now try to change status via "Change Application Status WS."
3. Check system updating the correction and WS call response is proper without displaying the "Error exist", however as per JSON response no Error edit found, only Warning exist. Also, incorrect status code passed back i.e., 200 (even though application status did not get changed).

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Change Application status ws call successful.
