ECM 8.1.2-Migration Of Cases (Open/Closed) From ECM 8.0.4 To ECM 8.1.2 (Doc ID 2971133.1)

Customer is currently on version FCCM/ECM 8.0.4, and now is upgrading to version ECM 8.1.2. We are doing fresh installation of ECM 812 and integrating with FCCM-BD 812.
The requirement is to migrate the case data (closed/open case data) from 8.0.4 to 812 version.
Could you please guide us how this can be achieved.
