We are implementing ECM version

Based on our understanding of the functionality of Send Email/RFI, whenever the checkbox 'Include Case Details' is marked, case context information is sent in the email to the recipient.

However, the requirement of business users is to include Customer Details as well as Transaction Details while sending the email.
