Symptoms

Alerts are not visible in the UI
Steps to reproduce:
1. Post a message

2. Access the application

3. Go to Transaction Filtering Alert list

4. Check the Alert

Expected result:
The alert should be visible in the Transaction Filtering alert list.

Actual result:
The alert is not visible in the UI
