Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Keep the web service down after applying the patch 808217

Step 2 : Post the messages as bulk for MT700 

Step 3 : Check if the retrigger works correctly.

Issue Encountered :

Retrigger did not happen for messages like MT700 and MT760

Changes

808217 hot fix has been applied.
