Goal

Enhancement request for the below on email notifications:

1. If a task in the ICC batch fails
2. If a task in PMF run fails
3. If a workflow has been executed successfully or failed.
4. If any task fails within a workflow
5. If a few key tasks in the workflow have been executed successfully
