Is It Possible to Not Automatically Create Rerate Jobs for Accounts That Failed in Rerate? (Doc ID 2971731.1)

On Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), it was observed that in case if rerating fails for any account, that account is again coming to rerating tables with status 1.

Is there any parameter that can control this behavior, so BRM will not automatically create a new rerate job for accounts that failed in rerate?
