ECM 8124- Unable To Add Customer Under Add Event Details (Doc ID 2971805.1)

Symptoms

In ECM 8124, when trying to add Customer under Event details tab in Case management screen, getting error as "Internal error occurred. Please contact system administrator"

Steps to Reproduce Problem

Goto case event details page
Click on (+) add event
Try to add customer focused event and click on submit
